A senior project turned passion that aims to introduce the idea of diversity and empathy to students as early on as elementary school.

Our Approach

We firmly believe that diversity education should start in elementary schools, and that the way to do that is through building empathy. Our approach to diversity is based on creating understanding and becoming comfortable with our own identities so that we may be more open to others. We believe that diversity is a strength that can be harnessed to bring people together, rather than be the dividing denominator. Our program encourages students to explore and appreciate what makes them special, to accept ourselves for who we are in hopes that we can then begin to accept others. Our interactive sessions are designed to build community, champion students identities, and foster excitement for learning about people who are different than us.

Samantha Przybisiki (she/her)

Sophomore at Brandeis University studying politics, education, and Jewish studies

Areas of Interest: Combating antisemitism, implementing equity into education, faculty education on bias and hate, religious inclusion in DEI

Hi! I'm Samantha. In addition to being a student, I work in partnership with the Robert Kraft Foundation for Combating Antisemitism (FCAS), the Boston ADL, and Hillel International in their individual efforts to combat antisemitism.

I've been a passionate activist and educator since middle school, focusing my work in achieving equitable classroom environments for students and helping schools implement training for staff and students to address bias and hate.

Kabir Kalia (he/him)

Sophomore at Syracuse studying Neuroscience

Areas of Interest: connection between sports and childhood empathy, diversity and personal identity, religious inclusion in DEI

Hi, I am Kabir, a current student looking to pursue a career in the medical field, with a focus in pediatrics and psychology.

Outside of school, I work as a camp counselor, EMT, and wherever I can help foster community in Norwalk, with an ultimate goal of bringing people together.

Its important to me to bring my passion for working with kids and community building together through We Are Enough, and work with the newest generation for a future of equity and community
